Energetics Technology Center is an independent, nonprofit, professional services organization that provides research and engineering services and policy development capabilities to government, academia and private industry clients. ETC has core competencies in the fields of energetic materials and energetic systems development, shock-wave physics, autonomous systems, energy sciences, data informatics and analyses of large data sets, and DoD policy analyses. The firm was founded in 2006 and is based in Saint Charles, Maryland.
