Dr. Christopher Aubuchon serves as General Partner at Innovation Acceleration Capital. Dr. Aubuchon is an Angel Investor. Dr. Aubuchon Co-Founded and served as Chief Technology Officer at Filld. He served as Partner at Cote Capital. Before Cote Capital, he was the senior director of corporate development for Tessera, a miniaturization and semiconductor-packaging company that also specializes in patent licensing. At Tessera, his responsibilities included strategy development, deal sourcing and analyzing prospective target companies and technologies. He oversaw $200 million in IP-based acquisitions for the company, including DigitalOptics, Eyesquad, Fotonation, Dblur and Siimpel. Prior to Tessera, Chris was the founding CEO and president of Exajoule, a MEMS-based micro-display company. Chris was the key inventor of Exajoule's foundational patents. Before starting Exajoule, he worked at Nanya Networks and Hughes Aircraft. Chris holds a B.S. in chemistry from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Stanford.
