Dr. Jens Neiser is an angel investor and serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Mountain Alliance. He served as Board Member at Stream Group. He serves as Chairman at Datagate Innovation. He manages and owns Neiser Capital and manages the Neiser Capital Investment Fund, which holds a significant stake in Enprise Group - Datagate's major shareholder. From 2006 to 2011, he served in the roles of non-Executive Chairman and then non-Executive Director of Datasquirt Limited (DSQ Holdings) which went on to become Enprise Group Ltd. Originally from Düsseldorf, Germany, he holds a Masters Degree in Law and Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics. He has a wealth of merger & acquisition, venture capital and private equity consulting and management experience working both for independent clients and for companies such as Boston Consulting Group, where he was a managing partner. He moved to Australia in 2006 to pursue investment opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. He holds director and supervisory board member positions at a number of listed and unlisted companies.
