Mr. Martyn Davies serves as Advisor at SoPost. He served as London Programme Director at Ignite. Previously, he served as Board Member at Beatroot. He left the BBC in 2010 to lead Product Innovation at Universal Music Group UK then moved on to start his own development company specializing in open music data hacking. He advised several major labels on how to better expose and consume data as well as how to engage with the music hacking community. After SixTwo, Martyn ran the EMEA Community Development Team at SendGrid, growing their non-US outreach and marketing efforts in mainland Europe, Africa and the Far East. In 2015, Martyn joined the Ignite Accelerator as Programme Director and launched the first Ignite programme outside of Newcastle.
