Mr. Kevin Frick is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner at Serent Capital. He serves as Board Member at FranConnect. He also served as Chairman at Compeat. Prior to co-founding Serent Capital, Frick was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led McKinsey's West Coast Private Equity practice. In that role, he partnered with several leading private equity firms, helping them to evaluate high profile investments. He often went on to work with the management teams of those portfolio companies, helping them to achieve the goals established during the diligence process. Beyond his work with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies, he has considerable experience at counseling executives at high growth companies on topics such as sales force design, pricing, marketing investments, new product/service design and introduction, and operational improvements. He has worked with over 50 companies in a counseling capacity with an exceptional track record of helping management teams achieve bottom-line improvements. He has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller scholar. He also has a BS in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan. He serves on the board of Optimal Blue. In addition, he joined as Co-Chairman of Avionte Staffing Software in January of 2014. He also serves as a Board Member at CallRevu, KEV Group, and Apex Human Capital Management.
