Mr. Richard Schnall serves as Co-President, Healthcare and Services & Member of the Investment Committee at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Mr. Schnall has been with CD&R for 24 years and is a member of the Investment Committee. He leads CD&R's healthcare and services investment verticals. He was actively involved in the acquisitions and subsequent sales of AssuraMed, Diversey, Envision Healthcare, naviHealth, PharMEDium, Sally Beauty, and US Foods, as well as the acquisitions of agilon health, Carestream Dental, Cynosure, and SmileDirectClub. Previously, Mr. Schnall worked in the investment banking divisions of Smith Barney & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
