Mr. Arthur Mesher served as Independent Director at Difference Capital Financial. Mr. Arthur Mesher currently the Chancellor of Clean Sl8 DNA and the Chairman of the Board of The Core Group. He also sits on the Board of Directors for QHR (TSXV:QHR) and Nulogy. Previously, Art was the CEO and Chairman of Descartes Systems Group (TSX:DSG.TO). During his tenure, Descartes was awarded Best Canadian Corporation and Best Business Turnaround in 2006 along with winning One of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures in 2012. Previously, Art was Chairman of the Board of Sirit Inc. (TSX:SI) and RFID Company sold to Federal Signal. Art is the recipient of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professional's (CSCMP) 2008 Distinguished Service Award, which he was awarded based on his lifetime of achievements and industry contributions. Art pioneered the development of online business networks and is considered one of the founders of SaaS networks and cloud computing. Mesher began building SaaS based technologies in the 1980s and helped start up the software company Vocam Systems, which went public and then sold to Pitney Bowes. Subsequently, Art was President of Advanced Logistics Research, where he helped leading companies such as AMR (Sabre), CSX and Catepillar develop and deploy emerging technology based businesses. He also launched the Integrated Logistics Strategies Services practice at Gartner Group Inc., a leading technology research and advisory firm, and built it into one of the premiere advisors to major global corporations.
