Mr. David Liu is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Liucrative Endeavors. He served as Executive Chairman of Bowers & Wilkins, the global leader for premium loudspeaker products and purveyors of true sound with nearly 50 years of audio heritage. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board and Board Member at #Fly. He is also CEO of Liucrative Endeavors, a strategic consulting and investment firm specializing in Internet and Digital Media companies, and President of La Mesa Capital, an investment firm specializing in public and private technology companies. He was previously Managing Director and Head of Internet and Digital Media at Jefferies, a division of Leucadia National, a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 diversified holding company. During his tenure, he worked with hundreds of companies, including Adobe, IBM, Google, Microsoft, Sony, Yahoo!, and Yelp. He currently serves on the boards of several public and private technology and media companies. He is CEO / Management Board advisor to ProSiebenSat.1, one of the largest media companies in the world, and was previously CEO / Board advisor to Internet Brands/WebMD, a billion-dollar digital media company currently owned by KKR. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and has two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors. He serves on the board of the International School of the Peninsula.
