Mr. Jonathan Chadwick serves as Board Member at Samsara, Databricks, Cohesity, Stripe, ServiceNow and Elasticsearch. He served as Board Member at Cognizant and MOVE Guides. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at VMware. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Skype since March 2011 and as a corporate vice president of Microsoft Corporation since its acquisition of Skype in October 2011. From 1997 to 2010, he has served in various finance roles at including Senior Vice president, Chief Financial Officer - global customer markets, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President, Corporate Finance and Planning at Cisco Systems. He also worked for Coopers & Lybrand in various roles in the US and UK. Mr. Chadwick is a chartered accountant in England and holds an honors degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bath, UK. He served as Board Member at Tanium. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 2010 until February 2011 at Skype from McAfee, antivirus software and computer security company, when McAfee was acquired by Intel Corporation. He serves as Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman at Confluent.
