Mr. Juan Roure served as Non-Executive Board Member at Vallis Capital Partners. He is a Negotiation Specialist, he is a Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship, and Member of International Advisory Board, at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain. He is also a visiting professor at INSEAD, at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford, at Harvard Business School, and at CEIBS (China). He is Coach of several C-level executives and Consultant for highly regarded companies in Spain. He has relevant experience in Private Equity, as an academic with several publications in this area, and via a close collaboration with the EVCA (European Venture Capital Association. He was member of the European Advisory Board of the Carlyle Group (large buy-outs segment). He holds a Degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University of Catalonia, holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona, and a PhD from the University of Stanford (US).
