Mr. Karl Israelsen is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner at BlueField Capital. He serves as Managing Partner at Carman Lehnhof Israelsen. He also is an Angel Investor. He counsels clients on venture capital and angel financings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, private equity transaction, public offerings, SEC reporting, business formation and corporate governance. He serves on a number of boards of directors and boards of advisors. He is an adjunct professor of Economics and Finance at the Utah State University Huntsman School of Business and has taught courses on Law and Economics, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. Karl currently serves as the firm's managing partner. Karl is a 2010 and 2011 recipient of the vSpring v|100 award
