He served as Board Member at Masher Technologies. He has over 10 years of experience in venture capital as well as involvement in executive management, M&As and IPOs. His sector knowledge spans internet media, technology, gaming, leisure, healthcare IT, infrastructure and real estate funds. In 2004, Henry founded LifeStageMedia plc, an owner and operator of consumer websites in the U.S. The business achieved a successful exit five years later to a private equity consortium of TPG Growth and Leonard Green & Partners. Henry has served as founding Principal of Fairfax I.S. (U.S.) LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of Fairfax I.S. plc, a UK investment bank and has advised a range of early stage and growth companies. He serves as Board Member at Ginx TV.
