Mr. David Newton is an Angel Investor. He served as Finance Director at XCAP Securities. Also, he served as Corporate Finance Director at Cattaneo. He has 15 years experience in investment banking, corporate stockbroking and financial regulation with firms including Williams de Broë Plc, Seymour Pierce Plc, XCAP Securities Plc and the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA", now part of the Financial Conduct Authority). David is experienced in a wide range of corporate finance activities such as fund raisings, flotations on both the Official List and AIM, transfers between these two markets, Takeover Code, acquisitions and disposals, capital re-organizations and providing ad-hoc advice on regulatory issues. David is a graduate of Nottingham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
