Prior to joining the company, Mr. Damianakis was the Executive Director at Ember Advisory, a boutique advisory firm, providing advisory services to organizations undertaking large, complex transformation projects with a significant technology component. Mr. Damianakis spent just close to 10 years working as a Management Consultant with Accenture, where he helped clients in Canada, US and Asia with digital and technology strategy, program governance, procurement, and project management. Mr. Damianakis obtained a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering degree and a Masters of Engineering degree with a specialization in Robotics, both from McGill University in Montreal.
