He founded and served as President of Innplay, with over 50+ early stage investments, providing capital and strategic advice primarily focused on technology companies. Former EVP and General Counsel of Interbrew Americas (Labatt, Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Argos, TSN) and former President of Cerbuco Brewing, Chairman/Director of several boards, providing strategic planning, governance, and guidance with M&A, litigation and intellectual property rights. He is an Angel Investor and strategic advisor. He served as Chairman at ClevrU. He served as Chairman at Vida Holdings. He currently advises ThoughtWire Corp as Board Member. He is also active as the Founder of Sideroad Twenty Cellars and Innplay. He has an LLB from the University of Western Ontario as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
