Ms. Ann Kaplan served as Co-Founder and Chairman at Circle Financial Group. She also serves as Partner and Investment Committee Member at Circle Wealth Management. She is also an Angel Investor and serves as Advisor at Conversion Capital. For over 23 years, Ann was a member of the Fixed Income Division and the Partner who headed the Municipal Bond Department. During her last three years at the firm, she was a member of the Asset Management Division focusing on wealth management for women investors.
