Mr. Craig Heimark is a Co-Founder and serves as Advisor of Cohesive Networks. He serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Plus (Edible Cannabis Products). He also serves as a Strategic Advisor at OCA Ventures. He also served as a Board Member at Sticky.io. He is also served as Board Member for Deutsche-Bourse. Previously, he was an independent advisor to Silicon Valley start-up ventures in the area of technology planning, financial matters and growth strategies. Before becoming a venture capital advisor, he worked at SBC Warburg from 1990 - 1997 where he served as a Member of the Executive Board, as The Head of Strategic Planning, and as The Chief Information Officer. From 1986 - 1993, He was a General Partner of O'Connor and Associates, a partnership engaged in proprietary options trading. He has a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Biology from Brown University, 1977.
