Mr. Stephen Chandler is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Partner at Notion. He serves as Board Member at Panaseer, Smartpipe Holdings, ArQit and Acin. He is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman at SeedCloud. He is an Advisor of Catalyst Investors. He is a Board Member of GoCardless, Smartpipe, Virtualstock, Tradeshift, Mojn, and Paddle. He is the Notion Capital representative on the boards of Cellcrypt Limited, SelfNet Holdings Limited, and Star Technology Services Limited. He began his career at Deloitte where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994. He moved on to UBS Investment Bank in 1995 where he advised a number of the world's leading technology and telecoms businesses on capital raisings and M&A activity. In 2000, he joined MessageLabs Group serving as Chief Financial Officer of Star until 2004 and MessageLabs until 2009. He holds an honors degree in Economics from the University of Exeter and is a member of the Securities Institute.
