Prior to joining about Corporate Finance, Michelle worked at RBC Capital Markets in the New York Consumer & Retail Group where she advised companies in the retail, food & beverage and consumer packaged goods sectors on strategic alternatives, debt and equity financing and acquisitions. Michelle brings a wealth of transactional experience, having worked on numerous sell-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity capital raises and mid-market buy-side deals. Her clients included both large corporations and private equity firms.
