He has over 30 years of experience in management and financial consulting venture capital and private equity financing and strategic partnership/M&A transactions with both private and public companies. He has consistently created significant shareholder value with co-founders, team members, investor partners, and clients. Jeff is currently the founder and Managing Director of Black Delta Consulting. Jeff has co-founded and held senior executive and Board Director/advisory positions in VC and private equity-backed software, database marketing, and technology-enabled services businesses. He is currently a Board Director and principal shareholder of BigTime Software. Previously, Jeff co-founded PRIMIS Marketing Group, a private equity-backed marketing services firm, and served as Executive Vice President responsible for corporate strategy and M&A. Prior to co-founding PRIMIS, he was a founder of two management consulting firms after ten years of corporate experience in Big Four management consulting and commercial banking.
