Mr. David Falk is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Falk Associates Management Enterprises. In January 2007, Falk re-launched FAME. He also serves as a Board member of Hyperwave Technologies. Mr. Falk has represented professional athletes for over 40 years. He has negotiated the largest contracts in NBA history for Michael Jordan, Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, Juwan Howard, and Danny Ferry. He also negotiated the largest contract in NFL history for James Lofton. Off the court, Mr. Falk has arranged some of the most successful product endorsements for his clients with Fortune 100 companies including Nike, McDonald's, AT&T, Chevrolet, Gatorade, Sara Lee and many others. He also serves as a Branding and Talent Advisor to Consumable, a digital marketing company. He is a strategic advisor to Urthworx, an entertainment company with a propriety story-telling system; Radian, a high-tech company that licenses aerospace technology and Omega, a real estate development company. As a philanthropist, Mr. Falk has endowed The Falk College of Sports and Human Dynamics, the number one sports management program in the United States, and the Falk Academy of Management and Entrepreneurship at George Washington University Law School. He has been the chairman of the HTH Sports-A-Thon benefiting the Leukemia Society of America and a board member of the Congressional Awards, the official charity of the U.S. Congress. Mr. Falk received a B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and a J.D. from George Washington University. He is also an Angel Investor.
