Mr. Tim Brooks served as an Advisor at Respond (Advertising Platform). He was a Co-Chairman at The Knowledge Engineers Network. He also served as the managing director of Guardian News & Media, chairman of Newspaper Publishers Association and before that he served as a director of IPC Media and the founder of Media Week. He is currently teaching at London Business School and also provides consulting to content and advertising businesses, including sitting on the government's Digital Advisory Board. He has a BA degree in English from University of Cambridge in 1979.
