Thurman J. T.J. Rodgers has served as the Chairman of our board of directors since January 2017. Mr. Rodgers has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corporation since its founding in September 2020. In 1982, Mr. Rodgers co-founded Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (Cypress) and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2016. Mr. Rodgers also serves on the boards of directors of five other energy-related private companies: UpStart Power (fuel cells), Watt Fuel Cell Corp., Enovix Corporation (Li-ion batteries), Enphase Energy Inc. (microinverters) and Solaria Corporation (solar systems). Mr. Rodgers is the former Chairman of the board of directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association and SunPower Corporation. Mr. Rodgers served on the Dartmouth College board of trustees from 2004 to 2012 and holds the title Trustee Emeritus. Mr. Rodgers holds an A.B. degree in physics and chemistry from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, each from Stanford University.
