Mr. Bhaskar Raju serves as Managing Director, Chief Strategy Officer, Board Member and General Manager at DivyaSree Developers. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, joined the family business in 1997 and was instrumental in the group's foray into real estate development which until then was primarily a construction company. With a hands-on approach and eye for detail, Mr. Raju has been at the helm of the company's growth strategy. From a single-city, single-asset portfolio, he embarked on a multi-city, multi-asset growth over the years. Mr. Raju was instrumental in setting up operations in Hyderabad when the city was just beginning to witness the IT boom and thereafter in Chennai. His vision is what is leading the company today towards higher goals through a focused approach on technology, systems, processes and high degree of research. He is a trustee at REVA Group of Educational Institutions, VIT (Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore) and other social organizations.
