Paul has some twenty-five years experience helping businesses solve complex business problems, achieve their transformation goals and deliver tangible strategic outcomes.In addition to BTP, Paul serves on the board of several early stage and challenger businesses including MBN Solutions where he built out their Blockchain practice. He works closely with founders leveraging his experience as a business mentor with the Virgin Startup Program and as a founder member of the IdeaGist Blockchain Incubator.Hands on and deep thinking, Paul has advised governments around the globe and worked with numerous FTSE 100 and Global 500 businesses including Ford Motor Company, VAG Group, BAE Systems, GSK, AkzoNobel, RBS, HBOS, Diageo, Bacardi, Wal-Mart, British Airways, Virgin Galactic, Etisalat, British Telecom, Vodafone, Walgreens Boots Alliance and Allen & Overy.Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and the Institute of Leadership & Management. Paul is also a professional cinematographer, Licensed Event Group Athletics Coach and Guide Runner with England Athletics and still competes in ultra distance events.
