He is also Co-Founder of Pt Capital, a private equity firm that invests in mature telecommunications, hospitality, and transportation companies that operate in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and Scandinavia. He founded CalEITC4Me, which is a non-profit organizing program that serves over 1.5 million low-income Californians each year by helping them get over $2 billion of federal and state Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC) to make their work pay better. He began his career at Blackstone and Tiger Global. He was raised by his mom in Southern California and earned his A.B., Magna Cum Laude, in Government from Harvard University.
