Mr. Dirk Wakeham serves as Chief Executive Officer at Paylease. He has a track record of successful leadership as a Senior Executive within several Vista companies and other technology firms. Dirk joins PayLease from a leadership position at Kibo, where he has been responsible for driving the transformation, best practices and customer experience. He also served as Managing Director at Westlake Venture Partners. He also is an Angel Investor. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Lanyon. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Kibo Software. As President, Dirk Wakeham was responsible for the formulation, development, and execution of RealPage's diverse SaaS and software-enabled service product set across multiple vertical markets with a focus on long-term growth, positioning, and overall penetration of the product suite into of the vertical markets in which we operate. Additionally, Dirk is responsible for several key strategic products including Cloud Technologies and eProcurement as well as sales and marketing. Prior to joining RealPage, Dirk served as president and CEO of LeasingDesk, which was acquired by RealPage in April 2007, where he developed the flagship renters insurance product. LeasingDesk pioneered the offering of point of lease insurance programs for multi-family portfolios. He's also served as senior vice president at Western National Group where he was responsible for the management and deployment of enterprise systems focused on the management and operation of a diverse multifamily portfolio.
