At Filsa he specializes in early-stage SaaS companies in the security and data analysis sectors. As a consultant, he advises SMEs on the (re) structuring of their (capital) structure, raising capital and M&A activities. He is an adviser of Luxexcel Holding BV and a member of the Supervisory Board of Brouwerij Maximus BV. He served as a Board Member at iWelcome. He is also an Associate Partner at Improved Corporate Finance BV. He studied law in Leiden and followed various postgraduate courses, including at the IMD and the Harvard Law School.
