Ms. Robin Ferracone serves as Board Member, Chairwoman of Compensation Committee and Member of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Trupanion. Ms. Robin Ferracone serves as Founding Partner, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Farient Advisors. She is a member of the Committee of 200, Women Corporate Directors, YPO-Gold, WorldatWork, and NACD. She provides compensation and performance advisory services to public and private companies. From March 2005 to March 2007, she was President of the Human Capital business of Mercer, a business which includes talent and compensation consulting, software and data services globally. With over 30 years of consulting experience, she has advised clients in the areas of business and talent strategies, executive compensation, organization, value management and performance measurement. Ms. Ferracone received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar and a B.A. summa cum laude in Management Science and Economics from Duke University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
