Mr. Vilhelm Petersen serves as Chairman at Luxplus. Mr. Vilhelm Petersen serves as Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at CataCap Management. He previously served as Board Member at Skybrands. He served as Deputy Chairman at Mobylife. He is also an Angel Investor. He served as a Partner at Axcel Management. He has strategic and operational management experience from former executive positions and directorships in Danish and international companies. From 1988 to 1999, Mr. Petersen worked with the CSE listed FLS Group, first as Business Development Manager at the headquarters and later as General Manager and CEO of the UK aviation services subsidiary, FLS Aerospace. After 11 years at FLS, he joined the executive board of easyJet, the UK-based low-cost airline as COO (1999-2004). Following his return to Denmark, Mr. Petersen has worked with private equity investments and non-executive board assignments as a partner of the Danish mid-cap PE fund Axcel (2004-2009) and privately (2010-2011) before the establishment of CataCap. He studied political science at the University of Aarhus.
