Mr. Bennett Mathews served as Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners. He joined Bessemer in 2015 as an Associate in the Menlo Park, CA office where he focused on early-stage consumer web and mobile investments. Before joining Bessemer, Bennett worked for three years at Google where he helped build out a go-to-market business organization for Google's burgeoning hardware portfolio. He worked on launches for many Google products including Chromecast, Nexus, Chromebooks, OnHub, and Android Wear. His first role at Google had him working with the CMO on global marketing strategy and operations. Bennett also co-founded a student internship and job marketplace called Jobzle. Bennett graduated from Brown University with a degree that combined engineering with entrepreneurial management and product development. When he's out of the office, Ben can be found riding a Boosted Board, reading his Pocket queue, and watching Casey Neistat videos.
