Mr. Osman Mardin is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Sardis Capital. He also serves as Board Member at Planvine and as a Member of the Advisory Panel at Cambridge Innovation Capital. He joined SARDIS from Robertson Stephens where he was employed from 1998-2002. At Robertson Stephens, Osman was a Managing Director and a member of the firm's European Management Committee, as well as the Head of European Mergers and Acquisitions and the Head of the European Hardware Systems Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Osman was Executive Director of Lazard Freres & Cie., Paris, where he worked for 11 years on cross-border M&A. Osman holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
