Filene Incubator is an incubator program launched by Filene with a grant from the Ford Foundation. Through the incubator, credit unions pilots products with their members that benefit low-and-moderate-income US financial consumers in areas like non-prime auto loans, small dollar loans, employer-based loans, debt reduction, and converting borrowers to savers. It is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
