Founded in 2017, Emerald Peak Private Equity is a private equity firm headquartered in Managua, Nicaragua. The firm seeks to make investments through buyouts and growth equity. The firm seeks to make investments in the retail sector in Central America in order to attract further institutional capital to this region and similarly vulnerable regions of Latin America and the Caribbean. The firm's strategy remains a buy & build strategy where they are looking to create horizontally and vertically integrated companies with a larger regional footprint.
