Propell Asia is an accelerator and a collaboration that brings together two real estate firms JLL and Lendlease. The firm's purpose is to provide start-ups with real estate industry immersion, expertise and support to propel their business forward. They select five potential start-ups and they will have access to an SGD 20,000 cash award. For ten weeks, the start-ups will be based at Singapore coworking space District 6, where they will participate in a programme of learning with access to mentors and educators. It receives applications from start-ups that are anywhere between ideation and pre-series A.
