Mr. Nathan Medlock is a Partner at Zouk Capital. He serves as a Board Member at Workable. He served as Board Member at Taulia. He joined Zouk in 2013 and is in the Growth Capital Team. With 18 years of experience in private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and government advisory, He brings significant direct investment and operational experience to Zouk. Before joining Zouk, he was a Partner at Galaxis Capital where he spent three years in operational roles with Private Equity backed companies, including that of CEO in a Swedish listed mining company and CFO of a private US biotech company. Prior, he worked for three years at Warburg Pincus in a direct investment role where he invested, managed, and restructured over $1bn of investments in European growth capital companies. Prior to those roles, he spent four years with Lehman Brothers where he served as a director in the private equity division. Before embarking on a career in finance, he served as a Government Advisor in the Ministry of Defence for five years and spent four years in the British Army. He holds a Master of Business Administration with Honours from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Systems (Nuclear) from the University of Manchester. He also underwent officer training at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
