Mr. Hautanen serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Magnolia Broadband. He also is an Angel Investor. Prior to Magnolia, Currently he serves as a Board Member of Evacuation Complete. Earlier, he served as the CEO of Fenix LLC as well as the CEO of Denver-based Formus Communications. He was also the President of Americas for Philips Consumer Communications group. He holds a BSEE from the Technical College of Varkaus in Finland, and a MBA in international business from Georgia State University. He is fluent in Finnish, German and English.
