Mr. Michael Hool serves as Founding Partner and Attorney at Hool Coury Law. He also serves as Board Member at BioAccel. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hool Law Group, a premier venture law firm in the Southwest. In 25 years Mr. Hool has helped launch, grow and exit over 100 technology ventures and formed over 15 private equity funds and investment organizations. Mr. Hool is currently active on the investment committee and boards of directors of Biltmore Angel Investors, Arizona Technology Investor Forum, and TiE Arizona, and past Chairman of Arizona Venture Capital Conference/Invest Southwest, all organizations he helped launch. Mr. Hool is also active with the Angel Capital Association, serves on the advisory board of The Venture Catalyst at ASU, and sponsors ASU's Rapid Start-Up School and Innovation Advancement Program. Mr. Hool's investments include emerging companies in the medical device, drug, software, social media, clean-tech, and semiconductor industries. As part of these investments, Mr. Hool has been a senior advisor in several medical device companies, including a rapidly growing wound care company and a spine and brain surgical robotics company. Mr. Hool has served on and advised boards of public and private companies and many non-profit economic development and philanthropic entities. Mr. Hool is active with Humanitarian Aid Relief Teams and Young Life.
