Mr. James Ratner serves as Board Member at Hamilton Beach Brands. He is an Angel Investor. He served as Chairman at Forest City Realty Trust. Ratner previously served as executive vice president of Development for Forest City and has served as an officer/director of various subsidiaries of the company. As a member of one of Forest City's founding families and a large stakeholder with more than 40 years with the company, Ratner brings a wealth of leadership experience and knowledge to our board. Ratner holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University. He serves on the board of NACCO Industries, Inc. Additionally, he serves as chairman of the board of trustees of The Playhouse Square Foundation, serves on the executive committee and the board of trustees of The Cleveland Museum of Art and serves on the board of trustees of Case Western Reserve University.
