Mr. Malvinder Singh is a co-founded and served as a Board Member at Religare Enterprises. He also served as a non-executive chairman of the company. He served as Managing Director at Ranbaxy Laboratories. He is also an Angel Investor. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman at Religare Enterprises. He is the Chairman of Parkway Holdings Limited, and Group Chairman of Fortis Healthcare Limited. He graduated in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and holds an MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, U.S.A. Previously, he was the Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited ("RLL"). Recently, he spearheaded the sale of approximately 64% of the equity share capital of RLL to Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited. He is also the chairman of Religare Enterprises Limited. He is a member of the Young Global Leaders Forum, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. He is also a member of the board of visitors at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and serves on the board of the INSEAD Global India Council. As a member of the Board of Trade, constituted by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, he advises the Government on issues relating to India's foreign trade policy. He is a member of the Board of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations.
