Mr. Hans Pusch serves as Chief Executive Officer at Ampler. He served as a Principal at Agman Partners, where he oversees the firm's private capital practice. Prior to joining Agman, Hans was an investment manager at DRW Holdings LLC. (DRW), where he managed a family office fund focused on opportunistic investments in private equity, venture, real estate, and high yield credit. Hans co-founded the firm's real estate business and focused on hospitality and retail development. Previous to DRW Hans was a credit analyst at 3V Capital Management where he invested in high yield and distressed debt opportunities. Hans began his career as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting.
