Previously, he was the chief executive officer of Marsh SA and co-chairman of Marsh Europe. Prior to joining Marsh, he was with CECAR Group, where he held numerous senior positions before being appointed president, chief executive officer, and a director. Earlier in his career, he held positions at AGF, AFIA, Sedgwick, and AXA. Philippe is a member of the JP Morgan European Advisory Board. He is the co-CEO of Babilou, an organization providing corporate nursery services, and is a board member of Lucien Barriere Group and John Paul International Concierge. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale d'Assurance and specialized in mathematics and economics. He has been awarded several titles and marks of civil honor including Chevalier dans l'Ordre National du Mérite, Chevalier dans l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole, and Officier dans l'Ordre National de la Légion d'Honneur.
