Mr. Alan Hartman serves as Partner at Centerview Partners. He is also an angel investor. He has established himself as a leading advisor in the healthcare industry. Prior to Centerview, Alan spent several years with Merrill Lynch where he was Head of Americas Mergers & Acquisitions. He was twice named one of the "Dealmakers of the Year" by Dealmaker Magazine. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1993, Alan spent four years as a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney at Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom in New York. He received a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Finance and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
