Ms. Vijayalakshmi Das served as a Board Member at Micro Pension. She also served as Managing Director at Ananya. She is the former Chief Executive of FWWB, India. She joined the organization at a crucial stage of FWWB's growth and worked on the strategic positioning of the institution by formulating the first business plan, building a committed team and its capital base. She has also served as a member of Project Advisory Group-CGAP. She currently is a member of the Board of Trustees of Sa-Dhan, the Association of Community Development Finance Institutions. She is one of the founding Trustees of Indian School of Microfinance for Women (ISMW) - a school started in partnership with Citigroup. Ms. Das is a Post Graduate in Economics from Madras University. She is a non-executive director on the board of IIMPS.
