Previously, he served as Senior Manager at KPMG's Mergers & Acquisitions group in Los Angeles and Miami providing financial and strategic consulting services to private equity groups and corporations involved in acquisitions in the United States, Latin America and Europe. During his career at KPMG, he actively participated in more than 20 transactions in the telecommunications and technology areas.
