Aarthi comes with 8 years of diverse experience in Venture Capital Investment, Investment Banking Advisory and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Gray Matters Capital, Aarthi advised companies on Mergers and Acquisitions in Mid-market cross border transactions. She has also evaluated companies for investment in Education, Healthcare, Agri-retail, Financial Services etc across different geographies in India. Aarthi has always been excited about the education sector's potential for creating impact in India. She was an Entrepreneur in the Education space, where she built two startups in the B2B & B2C space gaining hands-on experience in operations, sales, marketing and fundraising.
