He is the CEO of Photeon, a leading provider of photonic IP, components and subsystems for use in optical communications and broadband data transmission. Prior to that, he founded NewLogic. NewLogic has been acquired by Wipro, the Indian IT giant by end of 2005. Hans-Peter has more than 20 years of international experience in R&D, product development and the information technology industry. He has held various management positions in different organizations, also serving as Vice President of the Microcontroller Division at Siemens Semiconductor Group.
