Mr. James Champy serves as Board Member and Chair of the Nominating and Governance at Analog Devices. Mr. Champy retired in 2010 as Vice President of the Dell/Perot Systems business unit of Dell, Inc., a computer and technology services company. He was previously a Vice President and the Chairman of Consulting at Perot Systems Corporation from 1996 to November 2009. He served as a director of Perot Systems Corporation from 1996 to 2004. Mr. Champy is the author of several business books and is a Life Member of the MIT Corporation, the governing body of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
