Previously, he served as Board Member at Midaxo and STI Technologies. He has over 20 years of global experience leading corporate development, legal, software OEM sales, and other corporate functions in both private and public companies. His M&A experience includes over 40 transactions around the globe and countless target sourcing and evaluations. He was a key member of the turn-around teams at Siris Capital-backed Intralinks (sold to SS&C) and Apax-backed Sophos (London IPO). He was also a senior executive at Rocket Software and Phase Forward. He helped scale Phase Forward from zero to over $220M in revenue, Nasdaq IPO, and subsequent sale to Oracle. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel at Reed Business Information and as a corporate associate at the law firm of Skadden Arps. He has a law degree from Columbia University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in political science and a special honors curriculum from Hunter College of the City University of New York. He invests in early-stage startups as well as PE and venture funds.
