Dwight Merriman, one of our co-founders, will serve as a member of our board of directors effective following the conclusion of the upcoming annual meeting of stockholders. He is currently employed as an advisor to MongoDB and will serve in such capacity until his election to the board of directors. Mr. Merriman also serves as an advisor to AlleyCorp, a firm dedicated to founding and funding companies in New York City. In 1995, he co-founded DoubleClick (subsequently acquired by Google for $3.1 billion) and served as its Chief Technology Officer for ten years. Mr. Merriman was the architect of the DoubleClick ad serving infrastructure, DART, which serves tens of billions of ads per day. Earlier he was co-founder, Chairman, and the original architect of Panther Express (merged with CDNetworks), a content distribution network (CDN) technology. He is also a co-founder of, and investor in, Business Insider and Gilt Groupe. Mr. Merriman received his B.S. in Systems Analysis and Computer Science from Miami University.
